Meet the Principal

Dr. Summerlyn ThompsonDr. Summerlyn Thompson holds undergraduate and master’s degrees from the University of Virginia, along with a doctorate from Virginia Tech. Previously the principal of Johnson Elementary and Walker Upper Elementary, she became principal of Charlottesville Middle School in 2026.
